Rudy’s Smokehouse opened our first location in December of 2004 and we have been serving up great BBQ in Springfield, Ohio ever since. Locally owned & operated, we have been in the restaurant business for over 30 plus years.

 At Rudy’s Smokehouse, we are more than just your average Pork and Beef Joint.  Hidden behind those burlap sack curtains is not only great BBQ, but a well-developed, highly trained staff ready to cater to you and your family’s needs inside and outside our location.  Our smokehouse is a “smoke-free” environment. However, you may see small clouds of smoke or smell the Old Hickory Pits burning in our kitchen when we open the doors to remove those tender, hand-rubbed St Louis Ribs, juicy pork shoulders & beef brisket and tender turkey breast. AND,  that’s not all! We make all our side dishes right here at Rudy’s to ensure a zesty, fresh accompaniment to your meal.  Imagine sinking your teeth into a full slab of ribs, fresh baked cornbread and homemade collard greens all while washing it down with a cold refreshing glass of Sweet Tea... Mmm Mmm good!
